The Third District

Summary

The Third District is infamously known as New Mecca's lower income district.

Residents in the Third District seem to understand the squalor they live in. The bar veterans claim that Third District residents are either veterans or junkies. In two separate news reports, a bridge collapses on a housing unit and a coolant leak is reported in the water.

Zero lives in an apartment in the Third District. At the start of the game he is constantly assaulted by loud music on behalf of his noisy and inconsiderate neighbors.
