Description

"You killed a suspiciously familiar character on the Quiet Hills set."

Requirements

After collecting the blue keycard during the Quiet Hills segment of the Studio 51 mission, a harmless Coffin Head animatronic will appear as you return to the elevator. To get this achievement, simply attack the animatronic.

Trivia

• "Quiet Hills" and "Coffin Head" are references to the Silent Hill video game series and one of its antagonists, Pyramid Head.
