The Dealer
Red/Black! Looks like we've got a regular Ding Dong Daddy from Dumas on our hands! I'm out of chips. You've bled me dry. Here's all I've got. 99,999 chips!

The Casino is a location that Zero briefly encounters during the Chinatown mission.

Plot Summary

Zero wanders into the Casino and approaches the roulette table. The Dealer may or may not go into details about the rules of the game, depending on if the player rushes through the conversation or not- though it requires Zero to have had the full conversation with the dealer at least once already.

Zero has the ability to save and reload a save to correctly guess the roulette. The pattern of the roulette table is black, red, red. Once Zero obtains 99,999 chips, he is unable to play as the dealer has run out of chips. Despite the bouncer requiring 10,000 chips to enter the VIP area, he will let Zero through regardless.
